THU SERIES

EZImprinting introduces a stand-alone thermal nanoimprint, hot embossing and UV nanoimprint station: the THUseriesTHU400/ 600/ 800. This versatile tool provides capabilities of all kinds of nanoimprint: thermal nanoimprint, hot embossing,UVnanoimprint, combined thermal and UV nanoimprint. The process is programmable with a user-friendly interface. It delievers high quality and repeatable results.

  • Substrate size: THU 400 : Up to 4 inch, THU 600 : Up to 6 inch, THU 800 : Up to 8 inch circle, irregular shapes and sizes compatible
  • Imprint area: Same as substrate
  • Mold plate size: THU 400 : Up to 4 inch, THU 600 : Up to 6 inch, THU 800 : Up to 8 inch circle
  • Imprint pressure: Up to 12 bar
  • Imprint/embossing temperature: Up to 300 °C
  • UV lamp power: 500 W
  • Alignment capability: Optional
